Gabriel Moreno is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with nearly two decades of experience supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). His career spans a wide range of settings, including orphanages, specialized hospitals, schools, regional centers, and programs offered in-home and in centers.
Gabriel has guided ABA organizations in both startup and established stages across California, New Jersey, and Nevada, leading clinical teams, mentoring future BCBAs, and developing treatment systems that balance quality care with sustainability. Fluent in Spanish, Gabriel is able to connect with and serve diverse families with compassion and cultural sensitivity.
As President and Co-Founder of Adelante Behavioral Solutions Inc., Gabriel is dedicated to building a company that delivers individualized, evidence-based therapy while fostering independence, growth, and hope for the children & families served.

Jessica Kornegay is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her career began in Kuwait, where she spent six years providing ABA services in a clinical setting before relocating to the United States during the pandemic. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked across a variety of environments, including orphanages, schools, centers, and home-based programs, which has allowed her to gain extensive experience in delivering compassionate, effective behavioral support.
Jessica’s leadership experience spans roles in Kuwait, California, and Nevada, where she has led clinical teams, mentored aspiring BCBAs, and ensured the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Fluent in Spanish and deeply attuned to cultural diversity, she is passionate about providing services that honor each family’s unique background and values.
